From medieval plainchant and Renaissance masterworks to modern compositions that echo chant’s flowing lines, the lasting influence of this tradition unfolds across centuries of choral repertoire. This luminous program includes music by Hildegard von Bingen, Thomas Tallis, and Ola Gjeilo, culminating with one of history’s most legendary choral works: Gregorio Allegri’s immortal Miserere.
